How long before I receive my order?

Delivery typically takes 3-5 working days after successful payment.

What are your shipping and returns policies?

We offer free shipping for orders above S$99 dollars. We at Triage Fitness stand by the quality of our products. We have a 30 days full refund policy starting from the day you receive your item. All items must be in original packaging and must include the relevant order number.

What if my items has a defect?

Triage Fitness stands behind all of its products. If your product has a material or workmanship flaw, please do not hesitate to contact us at admin@triagefitness.com.

What forms of payments do you accept?

We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, Bank Transfer/IBanking as well as cash on delivery for orders above a $100.

Is it safe to use my credit/debit card on your website?

We do not store any credit card information. All card transactions are handled and stored by with our merchant service provider, Stripe.

Do you offer warranty?

All our items are covered by a 60 days warranty.
