What are your shipping and returns policies?
We offer free shipping for orders above $99 dollars. And because we are so confident in our products, Triage Fitness will offer a 30 days full refund policy starting from the day you receive your item. All items must be in original packaging and must include the order number.
What if my items has a defect?
Triage Fitness stands behind all of its products. If your product has a material or workmanship flaw, please do not hesitate to contact us at admin@triagefitness.com.
What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, Bank Transfer/IBanking as well as cash on delivery for orders above a $100.
Is it safe to use my credit/debit card on your website?

Yes, most definitely. We have a SSL certificate authenticated on our webpage and we do not store any credit information. All card transactions are handled and stored by with our merchant service provider, ‘Stripe’.

How long before I receive my order?
All our items are stored in our warehouse. It will usually take about 5-9 working days for you to receive your order.
How do I know if something is going to be on sale or if I will receive a discount voucher?
The best way for you to be notified is via our newsletter. We will also be offering valuable content related to fitness through our newsletter, not to mention the occasional discounts too! So please sign up for it, we will offer you 10% discount off your purchase when you sign up for our newsletter.
Do you offer warranty?
Yes, all our items are covered by a 60 days usage warranty. Except our resistance bands. We are absolutely confident of the quality of our resistance bands that we will offer you a 3 months warranty.
