Free Delivery

  • We’re going to be doing something a bit different. We offer you free delivery on all orders over $99 as we believe that providing you with the best possible offer and service is the first step to an everlasting relationship.

For free delivery over $99 it will usually take about 3-5 days for it to reach your doorstep. However, this is not a guarantee, but we will try our best to uphold this promise.

Returns and Refunds

  • If you are not happy with your order or you need to change something, the easiest thing to do is to email us so that we both have a record of it. We are happy to exchange any item for you at no extra charge for SG customers (you will need to cover postage of item sent back to us) or you can simply drop us an email for a specialized arrangement. For a refund you will need to email us within 60 days of receipt of your order. After this time you will no longer be eligible for a refund.

Defective/ Faulty Item(s) received:

  • We apologize for mailing you a defective/faulty item. Please take a snapshot of the defective area and forward the snapshot to us at sales@triagefitness.com. We’ll arrange a meeting ASAP.
    An exchange will be done if the item(s) sent to you is defective/ faulty*.
    *Exchanges will only be done for an item(s) in its original condition and packaging

 

  • Triage Fitness will not be liable should you purchase our merchandise from any third-party. We will not accede to any request for exchange.

Incorrect Item(s) received:

  • All exchanges have to be done in person at our warehouse location within 10 working days from the day the parcel was delivered.
    We apologize for mailing you an incorrect item. Please take a snapshot of the item received and forward the snapshot to us at sales@triagefitness.com.
    An exchange will be done if the item(s) sent to you is incorrect*.

Order Info

  • When ordering you will receive a series of automated emails to help you understand where your order is in our system. Hopefully the below information will help you should you have any questions.

Payment Methods

  • If you are paying by card or Stripe and the transaction is successful, you will have an automated email informing you that your order is “Processing”. You will be given an order number (#123 for example) and receive an invoice detailing your order.

 

  • We then print off your order and mark it for dispatch which is labelled “Completed”. Don’t panic if you’ve not received your order yet, as it’s marked as “Completed” to print off the delivery slip inside your parcel.
  • Stripe/ Credit Card

    • Stripe is a payment method for online purchases enabling buyers and businesses to send and receive money online
    • One advantage of using Stripe payment method is that it offers faster, safer and easier checkouts and promises to protect customers from revealing their credit card and other financial information to the merchant
    • All credit card transactions are handled by Stripe. We do not retain any of your credit card information during or after your order is complete
    • Your credit card information will be secured
  • Bank Transfer

    • Upon completion of order, please transfer the total invoiced amount to: DBS..
    • Once the transfer is complete, you may verify your order by contacting our sales staff with your order number via our email address
    • Do note that bank transfer from POSB and DBS may take up to one working day to process, while other local banks may take up to 3 working days.
  • Cash on Delivery / Collection

    • Cash on delivery is only available for orders above S$200
    • Cash on collection is available but subjected to availability. Please contact us via our email address to arrange a collection.
